Returns & Refunds

If any customer has any questions or concerns, please use the contact tab to reach our customer service department. Once the customer’s message has been received a representative will contact you by phone or email within 48 hours. The customer has a choice of a full refund or product replacement mailed to them. Prior to the customer receiving the merchandise or refund they will need to mail the unwanted/undamaged item to: Eugene LLC 3645 Marketplace 136-59 Atlanta Georgia 30349 at which point it will be inspected. Once the unwanted/undamaged product has been received a check for the full amount or product replacement will be mailed in 7-10 business days. Any additional questions or concerns should be directed to customer service. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal at Eugene’s LLC. Thank you.
